Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff, and share call rotation responsibilities. Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients as assigned. Requires an active Registered Nurse license (BSN desired), experience in nursing operations leadership within a hospital or residential setting, and expertise in mental health or behavioral health populations. Full-time, salaried-exempt role with Sayurday Day and Overnight availability for 1-2 shifts weekly. Monte Nido Portland is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, or Exercise Addiction.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Safety awareness
- Collaborative teamwork
- Current CPR/BLS certification
