Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with licensed practice. Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff, and liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, and clinical staff on behalf of the Nurse Manager. Share call rotation duties as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role. Requires an active Registered Nurse license (BSN desired) with experience in nursing operations leadership within a hospital or residential setting, specifically for mental health or behavioral health populations.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills

- Current CPR/BLS certification
