Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff, and liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, and clinical teams on behalf of leadership. Share call rotation duties with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt role requiring Sayurday Day and Overnight availability for 1-2 shifts weekly. Maintain active Registered Nurse licensure with a BSN desired, along with current CPR/BLS certification, within a residential treatment program focused on eating and exercise disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills

- Current CPR/BLS certification
