Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Lead and develop nursing staff through scheduling, participate in shift rotations including Sayurday Day and Overnight availability, and liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, and clinical teams on behalf of the Nurse Manager. This full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role requires an active RN license (BSN desired) with experience in nursing operations within a residential mental health setting, alongside current CPR/BLS certification. Monte Nido Portland, a residential program for adults with eating and exercise disorders, prioritizes restoring physiological balance and developing treatment engagement.

- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
