Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Lead and develop nursing staff through scheduling, participate in call rotation, and liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients. Requires active RN license (BSN desired), experience in nursing operations leadership within hospital or residential settings, and expertise in mental or behavioral health populations. Full-time role with Sayurday Day and Overnight availability for 1-2 shifts weekly. Monte Nido Portland is a residential treatment program exclusively for adults seeking treatment for eating and exercise disorders.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Safety awareness
- Collaborative teamwork
- Current CPR/BLS certification
