Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Lead and develop nursing staff through scheduling and participation in team leadership, acting as a liaison between administration, physicians, pharmacy, and clinical teams. Share call rotation duties with the Nurse Manager in this full-time, salaried-exempt role requiring Sayurday Day and Overnight availability for 1-2 shifts weekly. Maintain current CPR/BLS certification and possess an active RN license, with a BSN desired. This leadership position supports Monte Nido's residential treatment program for adults recovering from eating and exercise disorders, focusing on restoring physiological balance and eliminating harmful behaviors.
Required Qualifications

- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
