Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Participate in staff scheduling, lead nursing teams, and develop personnel. Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients as assigned. Share call rotation with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role. Requires an active RN license (BSN desired) with experience in nursing operations leadership within a hospital or residential setting, specifically for mental health or behavioral health populations.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills

- Current CPR/BLS certification
