Job Summary
Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment while ensuring safety standards align with professional practice. Lead and develop nursing staff through scheduling, participation in shift assignments, and team development. Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of the Nurse Manager or as assigned. Share call rotation duties as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role requiring Sayurday Day and Overnight availability for 1-2 shifts weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Active license as Registered Nurse
- BSN
- Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role
- Experience in a hospital or residential setting
- Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health patient populations
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills
- Safety awareness
- Collaborative teamwork
- Current CPR/BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Having or pursuing a BSN
