Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts by supporting the director/manager in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services. Direct and evaluate the performance of clinical and non-clinical caregivers while ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and unit policies. Collaborate to deliver quality health care to patients through coaching, mentoring, and shared governance initiatives. This role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree and Alaska licensure, reporting to the unit director at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Graduate from School of nursing (BS or BSN)
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
