Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts by planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating unit services while providing managerial presence for all shifts. Support the director/manager in these functions and utilize the nursing process to oversee daily unit performance. Requires an active Alaska Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, and a Bachelor's degree in nursing. Full-time day shift at Providence Kodiak Alaska Medical Center with a base pay range of $62.90 to $99.31.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and Graduate from School of nursing (BS or BSN)
- Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
