Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts by utilizing the nursing process to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate unit services. Support the director/manager in daily unit management and provide managerial presence for all shifts. Maintain Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and National Provider BLS certification upon hire. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and Graduate from School of nursing (BS or BSN)
- Registered Nurses employed in this role prior to November 1, 2024 are encouraged to pursue the BSN degree but obtaining the degree will not be a condition of employment
- Alaska Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
