Job Summary
Manage unit operations and support nursing staff development while ensuring the highest standards of evidence-based patient care. Provide essential administrative and clinical support to Nurse Managers, fostering a positive working environment and contributing to safe patient outcomes through advanced clinical expertise. Deliver high-quality nursing services and excellence in practice within the Labor and Delivery unit. This role requires a current Registered Nurse license, BLS certification, and National Certification for Women and Children's only. Full-time position with progressive sign-on incentives, relocation package, and annual bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Strong clinical experience in nursing
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA)
- NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Program
