Job Summary
Conduct operational leadership in the 12K Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit by supervising staff, coordinating staffing and assignments, and monitoring patient care quality. Implement policies, lead huddles, and provide coaching and guidance to nursing staff while supporting readiness for accreditation and regulatory changes. Monitor outcomes, participate in performance improvement and risk mitigation, and manage conflict resolution and attendance within a shared governance model. This full-time role requires a BSN and two years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities. Candidates must hold an unencumbered Oregon RN license and BLS certification. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Two (2) years of relevant clinical nursing experience in a related specialty, including demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN) license (or ability to obtain prior to hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Leadership/specialty certification (e.g., NE-BC, CNML, or clinical specialty) within two (2) years of hire
Desired Qualifications
- Additional clinical certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP)
