Job Summary
Oversee daily ICU clinic workflows, optimize inpatient monitoring, and manage shift staffing levels while acting as an expert clinical resource for ICU RNs. Provide clinical supervision to ensure evidence-based competencies are met, coach nursing staff, and conduct performance evaluations. Drive Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives, input clinical data for policy revisions, and assist with service budget preparation. Champion an inclusive environment that values diverse perspectives. Partner with the Nurse Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a Magnet Recognized facility serving five counties near the Adirondack Mountains.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical RN experience
- Active Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license in New York State
- BLS certification
