Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager for the Inpatient Oncology Unit at Baystate Medical Center. Leads and supports nursing staff, partners with the Nurse Manager to drive quality-driven, cost-effective initiatives, and ensures staffing, education, and performance management. Required Qualifications
