Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager in a mission-driven non-profit FQHC network in New York. Supports the Nurse Manager in overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment. Implements patient care activities, evaluates nursing care quality, monitors unit supplies and equipment, facilitates staff meetings, coordinates ER referrals, maintains records, and participates in performance improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, NYS RN license, Infection Control Certificate, BCLS, and Child Abuse Certification, with a minimum of 2 years clinical nursing experience. Proficient in EHR systems and capable of leadership and team collaboration; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
