Job Summary
Assist Nurse Manager in leading the Medical Procedures/Endoscopy Unit (MPU) and supporting daily clinical and operational functions. Provide clinical leadership across shifts, mentor caregivers, drive quality, efficiency, and process improvements, promote patient-centered care, and collaborate with the unit director/manager to ensure compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory priorities. Role focuses on leadership, staffing, nursing leadership responsibilities, and partnership with physicians and leadership for surgical services and endoscopy procedures (ERCP/ESD, ultrasound, biopsy) within a high-volume acute care setting.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
