Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager for Emergency Services oversees clinical and operational activities during evening shifts on a full-time schedule, supervising both clinical and non-clinical caregivers and ensuring adherence to nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and unit priorities. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services, providing managerial presence across shifts, coaching and mentoring staff, and collaborating with leadership to deliver high-quality patient care. Requires a BS/BSN and an active Oregon RN license plus BLS certification; leadership and acute-care experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- Oregon Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
