Assistant Nurse Manager - Emergency Room

Manage clinical and operational activities within the assigned emergency room shift by utilizing the nursing process to plan, organize, direct, and evaluate unit services. Support the director/manager in providing managerial presence for all shifts while coaching, mentoring, and collaborating with caregivers to deliver quality health care. Ensure compliance with professional nursing standards, regulatory requirements, and unit policies and processes. This role requires an Alaska Registered Nurse License and BLS certification.
