Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within the Emergency Room shift by supporting the unit director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services. Utilize the nursing process to provide managerial presence for all 10-hour evening shifts, ensuring outstanding patient care consistent with the hospital's recognition for heart attack, pneumonia, and maternity services. Report directly to the unit director/manager while fostering a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding and mutual respect.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 10-hour Evening shifts

- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
