Assistant Nurse Manager- Cath Lab

Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) on the Cath Lab unit collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellence in clinical quality, safety, and service. Provides leadership by acting as staff nurse and/or relief charge nurse as needed, and supports the Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring, training, evaluation, and discharge of unit staff; participating in planning and implementing the unit budget; coordinating unit-based education related to nursing quality care (Core Measures, Hospital Acquired Conditions, etc.); ensuring regulatory compliance readiness and documentation; coaching and mentoring staff; and fostering professional growth while building a winning team. Hours are 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday; location is Methodist Dallas Medical Center in the Fort Worth area. Requires BSN, Texas nursing license, CPR certification, 3 years nursing experience, and national specialty certification (or plan to obtain within a year). Demonstrated knowledge of hospital policies, patient safety, clinical quality, and effective communication; ability to work with limited supervision, manage time, and adapt to change; English proficiency; and ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
