Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within the cardiovascular unit shift by planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services under the unit director. Support leadership in coaching, mentoring, and collaborating to deliver quality health care while ensuring compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor adherence to policies, processes, and clinical priorities for all caregivers. Utilize the nursing process to provide managerial presence across all night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 8-hour Night shifts

- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
