Job Summary
Manage clinical and operational activities within assigned shifts by supporting the unit director in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating services. Direct the performance of both clinical and non-clinical caregivers while providing managerial presence for all shifts. Evaluate caregiver performance and provide input to the director for evaluation purposes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in nursing, active Washington RN license, and BLS certification. Full-time day shift at Swedish First Hill in Seattle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree graduate from School of nursing (BS, or BSN)
- Washington Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

- Recent clinical experience in an acute care hospital
- Charge Nurse/Relief Charge Nurse experience
- Leadership experience
