Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager for the MICU in a 42-bed ICU overseeing daily operations, clinical oversight, staff development, and mentorship in a Magnet-designated teaching hospital. Leads as a clinical and operational leader, coordinating staffing, performance evaluations, payroll tasks, huddles, and collaborative care plans with a multidisciplinary team to sustain high standards of patient care during 8pm and 10pm night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- 2+ RN experience
- leadership experience preferred
- ICU experience preferred
- 4) 10 hour Night shifts
- 8pm or 10pm start
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- RN license
