Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) - Medical Oncology & Infusion, FT, Days

Supervises nursing staff on the Medical Oncology Infusion unit, oversees staff allocation and scheduling, patient rounds, admissions/discharges/transfers, and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and compliance with clinical standards. Provides direct patient care as needed, participates in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and unit coordination; collaborates with nurse leadership, clinical educators, and HR on staff development, hiring, coaching, and performance management; supports budgeting and short/long-term unit projects; participates in committees as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and RN licensure with at least three years of RN experience on an oncology/infusion-related unit.
