Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) Medical ICU - Nights

Lead the 42-bed Medical ICU by coordinating patient care, managing personnel, and overseeing equipment maintenance. Support the Nurse Manager in daily operations, clinical oversight, and staff development while ensuring high standards of patient care. Direct nursing assignments, manage staffing needs, and approve daily payroll updates. Conduct performance evaluations, review staff hours, and lead team meetings. Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create collaborative care plans. Work four 10-hour night shifts starting at 8pm or 10pm. Requires BSN and 2+ years of RN experience with leadership skills.
