Job Summary
Assistant Nurse Manager in Centralized Telemetry onsite at The Commons led by and reporting to nursing leadership. Lead a diverse team, coordinate patient care and staffing, manage payroll and daily operations, participate in budget considerations, ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care across BJH North, BJ West County, and South campus, and drive performance through coaching, professional development plans, and adherence to policy. The role requires BSN, RN license, 2+ years RN experience, leadership ability, and comfort with Epic and technology-driven monitoring in a high-volume unit.
Required Qualifications
- BSN required
- 2 plus years RN experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- RN license (RN)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Candidates must be able to lead and manage staff effectively
- Experience with Epic or similar EMR systems preferred
- Magnet status experience a plus
