Job Summary
Directs and supervises nursing unit activities in ambulatory pediatrics, oversees staff development, scheduling and space allocation, manages payroll/time and attendance, monitors budget and cost control, ensures OSHA safety and infection control compliance, collaborates with Clinical Manager and other leaders, and orders equipment and supplies while maintaining quality standards and contributing to program development and patient care in the Center for Pediatrics.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Nursing (RN)
- RN compact/multistate license recognized by the NCSBN Compact State or licensed in the state of work
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
