Lead a cohort of staff on a 22-bed acute elderly unit by defining quality care standards, coaching subordinates on clinical competencies, and managing day-to-day operations including scheduling, throughput, and project timelines. Ensure assignments align with patient needs and staff capabilities while resolving operational problems and maintaining alignment with strategic goals. Provide feedback and coaching to foster professional development within the team. Two 8-hour admin shifts and two 12-hour charge shifts on nights, totaling 40 hours weekly.
