Job Summary
Oversee night operations across three towers in Canary Wharf, conducting building checks, resolving resident queries, and managing employee relations to ensure a safe, compliant environment. Lead the night team through coaching and performance reviews while driving cost-saving measures and implementing health and safety initiatives. Provide accurate handovers to day teams and model exceptional customer service to support continuous improvement. This role requires 42 hours per week in 12-hour shifts from 8pm to 8am, with a 4-on-4-off rotation including weekend bank holidays. You will assist with operations at nine other communities across London. Join urbanest, a sustainable student accommodation provider serving over 5,000 beds at King's College London, UCL, and LSE, with new developments opening in Battersea and Canary Wharf.
