Assistant Night Manager Full Time

Lead overnight merchandising execution by coordinating staffing, training, and task completion for forklift operators and merchandising teams to ensure the club is fully prepared for morning operations. Collaborate with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising to drive performance through clear expectations and hands-on leadership, executing key tasks including display setup, pallet movement, and sales floor resets. Maintain merchandise presentation and availability across the sales floor by the start of business while enforcing GOLD standards, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures. Oversee inventory controls, including Hot List completion and pallet tag verification, and utilize reporting tools to validate execution and enhance efficiency. Model safe equipment usage and address member engagement needs throughout the shift.
