Assistant Night Manager Full Time

Lead overnight merchandising execution by collaborating with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandise to drive performance through clear expectations and hands-on leadership. Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, available for sale, and presented to GOLD standards across the sales floor by coordinating staffing, training, and task completion for forklift operators and merchandising teams. Execute key overnight tasks including display setup, pallet movement, and sales floor resets while maintaining building and equipment readiness through safe forklift operation and sanitation compliance. Oversee inventory controls, validate Hot List completion, and utilize reporting tools to prioritize execution and enhance efficiency. Serve as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts, taking full responsibility for club operations, team engagement, and member service. Operate a forklift and maintain regular, predictable attendance on overnight shifts.
