Assistant Night Manager Full Time

Lead overnight merchandising execution by collaborating with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising to drive performance through clear expectations and hands-on leadership. Ensure all products are properly merchandised with correct signage and available in the right quantities across the sales floor by the start of business. Operate forklifts safely, perform required inspections, and enforce sanitation protocols to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free environment. Execute key overnight tasks including display setup, pallet movement, and sales floor resets to support morning operations. Utilize reporting tools to prioritize team focus and validate execution against corporate directives. Maintain building and equipment readiness while overseeing daily Hot List completion and inventory controls. As Manager on Duty, take full responsibility for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement during assigned shifts.
