Assistant Night Manager Full Time

Lead overnight merchandising execution by collaborating with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising to drive performance through clear expectations and hands-on leadership. Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, available for sale, and presented to GOLD standards by managing display setup, pallet movement, and sales floor resets. Coach and develop all overnight team members, including forklift operators, while enforcing safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and equipment inspections. Execute company directives such as resets and sales initiatives, utilize reporting tools to validate task completion, and oversee inventory controls including Hot List completion. Serve as Manager on Duty for club operations, team leadership, and member engagement as needed, ensuring consistent attendance and compliance with all policies. Maintain building and equipment readiness while escalating concerns promptly to support overall club performance.
