Assistant Night Manager

Lead overnight merchandising execution by collaborating with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandise to drive performance through clear expectations and hands-on leadership. Ensure all products are properly merchandised with correct signage and available in proper quantities across the sales floor by the start of business. Coach, teach, and develop all overnight team members to maintain Grand Opening Look Daily standards and execute company directives for resets and sales initiatives. Operate forklifts safely, perform required inspections, and enforce sanitation protocols while overseeing maintenance of building equipment. Validate steel and pallet safety checks, complete daily Hot List inventory controls, and utilize reporting tools to prioritize team focus. Escalate unresolved member concerns promptly and model inclusive, solution-oriented behavior to foster a safe, collaborative environment. Maintain regular, predictable attendance for full overnight shift coverage.
