Job Summary
Assistant Night Manager collaborates with the Assistant Club Manager of Merchandising to ensure overnight merchandising execution and proper stock availability, maintain GOLD standards, and deliver a positive member experience. Responsibilities include leading overnight merchandising tasks, coordinating staffing and training for forklift operators and merchandising teams, serving as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed, maintaining inventory controls, ensuring safety and sanitation compliance, promoting a safe and organized environment, and supporting cross-functional collaboration to align overnight processes with daytime operations. Required skills include basic computer knowledge and forklift operation; preferred experience in wholesale/retail management and leadership of overnight teams.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email)
- Forklift operator required
- At least 18 years of age
- Open shift availability required
