Job Summary
Assist the Neighborhood Sales Manager in setting up the sales office, greeting prospects, showing homes, and ensuring accurate marketing and sales materials. Maintain organization of brochures and listings, support the homebuying process with customers (loan information, questions, and follow-ups), coordinate with corporate marketing for events, and submit listing information for homes on StanleyMartin.com and MLS. The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, relationship building, and contributing to neighborhood sales goals, with proficiency in Salesforce, HB1, and MS Office. The position involves interacting with customers, managing documentation, and supporting the sales office operations to create an exceptional home buying experience.
Required Qualifications

- Has used a customer service approach in previous work
- Excited and eager to learn new technology quickly
- Detail oriented to effectively review marketing material and sales contracts
- Ability to stay organized to track prospect outreach, and sales needs
- Ability to think critically about any given situation
- Ability to work until 6pm and on weekends
- Proficient in various software systems; including MS Office
