Job Summary
Assistant Neighborhood Sales Manager at Stanley Martin Homes supports the Neighborhood Sales Manager by setting up and maintaining the model home/sales office, greeting prospects, coordinating appointments, presenting available homes, assembling and auditing marketing materials, and ensuring a high-quality homebuyer experience. The role emphasizes customer service, active listening, and relationship building, with responsibility for updating listings on StanleyMartin.com and MLS, coordinating with marketing, and assisting with the buying process including loan information. Requires comfort with weekend/evening hours, proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce/HB1, attention to detail, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn technology quickly.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work until 6pm and on weekends
- Motivated by sales goals and customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM
- Detail oriented with ability to review marketing materials and contracts
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience in customer-facing sales or homebuyer interaction is a plus
