Job Summary
Manage phone calls, calendars, and travel logistics to ensure smooth schedules and organized priorities. Create trackers, presentations, and written communications while coordinating with internal teams, clients, managers, and promoters. Track client calendars, contracts, payments, and deadlines with attention to detail, preparing expense reports, meeting materials, and press kits. Conduct research to support meetings and initiatives, developing processes that improve team efficiency. Assist with multiple projects in a fast-paced touring environment, taking initiative to follow up and solve problems independently.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Extreme attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and collaborative approach
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, use sound judgement, and identify solutions independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, solve problems, and learn quickly
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred but not required
- Previous experience in live entertainment, music, sports, or a related industry
- Booking experience – whether in a professional setting or through college programming
- Familiarity with UTA's music roster
