Job Summary
Partner with Music Supervisors to build, maintain, and refresh playlist tools for instructors, supporting daily programming, signature series, artist-themed rides, and major cultural campaigns. Conduct publishing and label audits to determine music rights for featured artists and playlists. Coordinate artist/label visits, music playbacks, and partner meetings at Peloton HQ; manage team calendars, document key partner discussions, and stay on the pulse of music industry trends. Handle ad-hoc playlist curation requests and design engaging creative assets using Photoshop or Canva. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferably in Music Business) and strong organizational skills to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree
- A strong understanding of music rights holders, including major, mid-tier, and indie labels and publishers
- Exceptional organizational skills
- An independent problem-solver
- Basic design skills (Photoshop/Canva)
- An eye for detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- A team-first mindset

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
