Assistant MS Boys Track Coach

Train athletes in sprints, distance, jumps, and throws by executing daily practice plans set by the head coach. Teach event-specific skills and techniques while tracking individual progress and performance. Prioritize safety and injury prevention during all sessions, managing equipment and ensuring proper gear setup, storage, and cleanup. Travel with the team to track meets and assist with scheduling events and meetings. Support recruitment efforts and administrative tasks as needed. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to guide the boys' track team effectively.
