Assistant MS Boys & Girls Wrestling Coach

Support the head coach by training athletes in basic and advanced wrestling moves, holds, and match strategies while planning daily workouts and conditioning routines. Manage events by coaching at meets, arranging transport schedules, and handling mat-side logistics. Monitor athlete health closely by tracking weight classes, promoting safe nutrition, and preventing injuries. Build character through lessons on sportsmanship, discipline, and mental focus. This role requires leadership, organization, and communication abilities to ensure individual and team success.
