Assistant MS Boys Basketball Coach

Design and run daily drills to improve dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense while creating tactical game plans and making quick decisions during matches. Evaluate individual player skills to provide feedback for growth, monitor player behavior to enforce rules and ensure physical safety, and handle scheduling, equipment inventory, travel logistics, and academic tracking. Assist the head coach in training athletes, leading the team during practices and games, and mentoring players in sportsmanship and discipline.
