Job Summary
Run daily operations of the center in the General Manager's absence, making moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources. Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care. Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches and brake controllers. Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University. Requires a high school diploma, driver's license with a clean record, and leadership experience. Work a variety of shifts in Fremont, California.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any form
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted
- Must be able to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields
