Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring their progress and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role offers a $500 hiring bonus, competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $21.00, and benefits including childcare tuition discounts and career development programs. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalency/GED
- 1 yr experience working in a certified child development center
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- CDA
