Job Summary
Assist in managing sales strategies to achieve monthly targets while providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current members. Conduct tours of the facility and showcase available programs, supporting the sales team in executing promotional events and initiatives. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of MMA programs and membership options, collaborate with management to develop new sales techniques, and monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Build strong relationships with members to enhance retention rates. Requires previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the fitness industry, and proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings are necessary.
