Job Summary
Promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through the ARC100 program while complying with MSHA and industry regulations. Facilitate bi-weekly safety briefings, manage daily safety inspection documentation, and oversee the full work order process for site repairs. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees, while maintaining strong communications with plant personnel and managing customer truck traffic. Provide ongoing mentorship, support performance evaluations, and track production results in the KPI tracker to lead continuous improvement activities. This role requires extended shifts including weekends and involves standing, stooping, and working in varied outdoor environments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to work extended shifts (including weekends), as needed to meet production goals
- The ability to stand, stoop, bend, lift, walk, climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet as required
- The ability to work in varied outdoor environments (cold, hot, dry, dusty, rainy)
- Role is on-site with limited to no flexible off-site work opportunities
- Prompt, regular, and predictable attendance
- Positive, Team-based attitude
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate employees
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Desired Qualifications
