Assistant Middle School Boys Soccer Coach

Assist the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and conducting a successful soccer program for middle school student-athletes by helping teach fundamental skills, techniques, and game strategies. Support game preparation, competition management, and team activities while monitoring student-athletes' academic eligibility, attendance, and behavior. Provide supervision during practices and competitions, maintain team equipment and facilities, and communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and athletic department staff. Follow all school, district, conference, and athletic department policies and procedures. Serve as a positive role model and representative of Lexington Middle School.
