Assistant Middle School Boys Soccer Coach

Assist the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and conducting a successful soccer program for middle school student-athletes by helping teach fundamental skills, techniques, and game strategies. Support practice, workout, and team activity development while managing game preparation, coaching, and competition management. Monitor student-athlete academic eligibility, attendance, and behavior during supervised practices and competitions. Maintain team equipment, uniforms, and athletic facilities, and communicate effectively with parents, coaches, and athletic department staff. Attend required coaches' meetings, professional development, and athletic department activities. Serve as a positive role model representing Lexington Middle School and its athletic program.
