Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager aids the Store Manager, ensuring customer service and store operations standards are met. Responsibilities include training associates, managing customer interactions, conducting daily inspections, and maintaining property standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Experience in retail sales preferred
- Possess a valid Driver’s License and personal transportation to/from bank
- Ability to work scheduled hours other than store manager hours (2nd Shift)
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Ability to run a store in the absence of the Store Manager
- Ability to be promoted
- Work with a minimum of direction and periodic supervision
